Connects, a mission-critical banking platform used across branches, struggled with fragmented workflows, inconsistent design, and usability barriers. Starting as an intern and continuing full-time, I led research and design across key workflows, including contextual dashboards, session management, account setup, and teller operations. I partnered closely with stakeholders to ensure every design improved usability, aligned with business goals, and supported branch-level operations.
Currently leading the redesign of sales management workflows.
Fraud Analysts using the OASIS platform faced inefficiencies, accessibility barriers, and cognitive overload, slowing critical workflows and affecting decision-making accuracy. I led a comprehensive UI audit to identify usability gaps and recommend design improvements. I developed the audit framework, facilitated the process, collaborated on mock-ups, and used the project to validate and refine our new DesignOps practices. I also presented findings and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Without an established UX process, the team faced rework, misalignment, and designer burnout. I initiated and led the development of a DesignOps practice, introducing standardized workflows, design principles, and method-driven templates. These initiatives brought clarity to day-to-day operations, increased design consistency, and helped embed evidence-based, user-centered practices across cross-functional teams.
I led a comprehensive competitive analysis of ARGO’s QD2 platform to evaluate how its survey creation and reporting capabilities stacked up against industry leaders. From scoping through delivery, I owned the entire research process, synthesizing product, user, and market insights into actionable strategy. The analysis uncovered fragmented workflows and usability gaps, ultimately leading to a recommendation to merge QD2 with ARGO’s Customer Engagement tool to streamline operations and support long-term product consolidation.
With limited user access and growing documentation demands, I began integrating AI into my workflow, not as a shortcut, but as a creative partner. I’ve used AI to simulate user behavior, co-develop research materials, and accelerate documentation. These practices have helped me extend my thinking, speed up experimentation, and evolve how I work across complex systems.
